Mai Barnard, M.S.
Scheduler
Hi! My name is Mai. I'm the scheduler at Innovate ABA. I have Master's degrees in neuroscience and occupational therapy. After working as an OT in several different fields including pediatrics, I became interested in ABA because of its evidence and data based practice. Currently I'm not directly working with kids, but pediatrics has always been my strongest interest and I'm very fortunate to be able to work at Innovate. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family of 6 (2 boys and 2 dogs), hiking, reading, playing music, and practicing archery.

Lianna DeMarinis, B.A.
Client & Community Experience Lead
Lianna graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. In the first 6 years of her career she grew as a sales account executive, but felt drawn to put her people skills towards something with a more meaningful impact.
