If we are not contracted with your insurance provider, we will bill you directly for services and provide with you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. We find that most PPO plans will reimburse patients 60%-70% for out of network services. If you would like to participate without insurance funding, we offer private pay rates as well.
